Q: Can I wash my resistance band? 

A: Yes! we recommend hand washing your resistance band in lukewarm water. You can add a small amount of powdered laundry detergent but we wouldn't recommend using a liquid based detergent. After you wash your band we recommend using the spinner on your washing machine to to drain any excess water. Please note, Bodishape resistance bands are not suitable for tumble drying please air dry until fully dry. 

 

Q: Can I use bodishape resistance bands during pregnancy?

A: Yes! as long as you have been cleared by your doctor or midwife to exercise you can use our bands throughout pregnancy. We recommend sticking with our light or medium band to avoid placing too much resistance on your body. 

 

Q: How long will it take me to see results?

A: Results will vary depending on how often you exercise, the type of exercises you preform, the type of diet you have plus your technique. We can not put a time on your results however if your goal is to build a rounder peacher bum we recommend you start with our 6 week bootyband workout program volume 1. 

 

Q: Can my resistance bands cause skin irritation?

A: Bodishape resistance bands shouldn't cause skin irritations however we do not recommend using our bands directly on cracked, burnt or sensitive skin. 

 

Q: What resistance band is best for me? 

A: We recommend starting with our light or medium resistance bands if you are new to exercising or our medium to heavy for experienced active people. However each band holds value and are useful for different exercises. If you want to mix and match with our bands we recommend selecting our set of 3 ( you also save money! winky face) 

Q: What is included in the 6 week bootyband program?

A: Our bodishape 6 week bootyband program has been designed by our founder Amelia Ralph, she has put together the exact workouts she did to transform her glutes. This is the first of 3 programs you can do anywhere anytime using our resistance bands only ( however weights can be added for growth days). This is a pdf downloadable program, you get 6 weeks of workouts with a split of growth and sculpt days 4 times a week.
